THE FIELD OF MY PROFESSION IS A PERMANENT LEGAL REPRESENTATION OF ENTERPRISES OF DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN OWNERSHIP INTERESTS.

Principally, my field of practice pertains to the grain and agricultural input materials wholesalers, logistics and postal service providers.

According to the companies’ expectations I have been providing business-oriented legal service both in Hungarian and English since 2011.

In my work, I also focus on the expectations and legal needs of NGO’s. Legal aid is also provided for the establishment of associations and foundations, and the operation of piblic benefit organisations.

The office

Specializing in commercial law, business law and company law full legal aid is available on request. Legal services are provided for the daily operation (business meetings and drawing up deeds) of commercial enterprises and legal representation before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals as well.

Being client-oriented my goal is to effectively provide high-quality legal services to my principals from a business approach. Complying with the challenges of the 21st century I thoroughly, reliably and proffessionaly approach my clients’ need. Thus in all cases the work to be performed is preceded by a careful analysis of the expected costs and the potential results.
